Like any other computer hacker, Jack was into the computer world from an early age. He created a software for managing the Taxicabs when he was just 15. Before that, when Jack was a child, couldn’t pronounce any of his words, an obstacle that made him feel shy throughout junior high. He loved jeans, punk fashion style, and at some point, he even decided to be a Fashion Designer.

Getting up early and meditation: If you’re one of those who think working all the time is the only key for success, you must take a look at Jack’s lifestyle. Jack claims to work 18 hours a day, but he also has a very intense health schedule in his routine. Jack wakes up at 5:00 am meditates for 1 hour. He does this again in the nights. This meditation has been in his life for the past 20 years.

Walking to the office routinely: Besides this, In Jack Dorsey’s lifestyle, you can find walking routine every single day. He walks 5.2 miles every day to get to the twitter office. He takes this time to think and listen to Podcasts.

Work-out every day: Jack also got an intense 7-minutes work-out routine in the afternoons, which he believes is enough, and doesn’t need to go to the gym anymore.

Saunas and ice baths: Three years ago, Dorsey started using saunas and ice baths in the evening. First, he sits in his warm sauna for 15 minutes, then hops into an ice bath for three minutes. He repeats the method three times, finishing with one minute in the ice bath.

Eating Habits


Ok! Talking about Jack’s eating habits is a bit challenging. Many identify his eating habits as an eating disorder. He only eats one meal each day in the afternoon and he fasts all the weekends.

Sleeping Routine

Dorsey ends each day by writing down his plan to be productive the next day on his iPhone. This is an important part of Jack Dorsey’s LifeStyle and he says about it:

I try to do that every single day, usually when I’m wrapping up the day, Writing a list of things to do tomorrow is great for reducing worry; if I’m writing down all of the things on my mind, and dumping them on this piece of paper [or in the Notes app], I don’t have to worry about it anymore, and I fall asleep,
